Smoothie with banana and peanut butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large banana(s), frozen, peeled
  • 1 cup almond milk (almond drink)
  • 2 tbsp organic peanut butter
  • 1 handful of ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp, heaped protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Put all the ingredients together in the smoothie blender and blend for about a minute until you get a smooth, thick smoothie.
