Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large banana(s), frozen, peeled
- 1 cup almond milk (almond drink)
- 2 tbsp organic peanut butter
- 1 handful of ice cubes
- 1 tbsp, heaped protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Put all the ingredients together in the smoothie blender and blend for about a minute until you get a smooth, thick smoothie.
