Potato wedges, quick and delicious

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 large potatoes, mostly waxy
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder
  • Garlic powder or finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated, approx.
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Cut the potatoes into wedges, quartering is often enough (it depends on how thin you like them), and place them in a large bowl. Add salt, paprika, and garlic powder. You can, of course, add other seasonings to taste, such as chili powder, pepper, dried herbs, etc. Add as much Parmesan cheese as you like. Then pour enough oil over the potato wedges to coat them well and mix everything well. Now place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 30 minutes. Use a fork to test whether the potato wedges are done. If they are cooked, they will be soft.
