Smurf ice cream for the ice cream maker

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g yogurt, 3.5%
  • 200 g cream, 30%
  • 1 pack of food coloring powder, blue
  • 100 g powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 53 minutes

Briefly blend the blue coloring and powdered sugar with the liquid cream, then add the yogurt and briefly blend again. Pour the finished blue mixture into the ice cream maker and chill for about 50 minutes (depending on the ice cream maker).
