Pudding with Fresh Strawberries

The perfect pudding with fresh strawberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 packet Bourbon custard
  • 500 g Fresh strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate sprinkles
  1. Wash the strawberries, remove the green and cut into quarters except for a few whole strawberries to decorate.
  2. Cook the custard with milk and sugar (I used homemade tonka bean sugar) according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Stir the quartered strawberries into the cooked pudding and pour into dessert glasses.
  4. Cover the jars with cling film so that there is no skin on the surface of the pudding. Put the glasses in a cool place.
  5. Decorate the cooled pudding with or without chocolate sprinkles (stop as everyone likes) and whole strawberries.
