Pudding with Fresh Strawberries
The perfect pudding with fresh strawberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 packet Bourbon custard
- 500 g Fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp Chocolate sprinkles
- Wash the strawberries, remove the green and cut into quarters except for a few whole strawberries to decorate.
- Cook the custard with milk and sugar (I used homemade tonka bean sugar) according to the instructions on the packet.
- Stir the quartered strawberries into the cooked pudding and pour into dessert glasses.
- Cover the jars with cling film so that there is no skin on the surface of the pudding. Put the glasses in a cool place.
- Decorate the cooled pudding with or without chocolate sprinkles (stop as everyone likes) and whole strawberries.
