Ingredients
- 2 Herring fillets with onions
- 1 Apple
- 1 splash Lemon
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 slices Whole grain bread
- Parsely
Instructions
- Smear bread with butter. Mix olive oil with lemon, lightly salt and pepper. Dice the apples and herring and mix with the marinade. Sprinkle with parsley and spread on the bread. Fast, tasty and price-conscious.
