Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cups crème fraîche, maybe a little more or less
- 3 packs of salmon slices, maybe a little more or less
- 1 pack of puff pastry
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Salmon slices in puff pastry
Roll out the puff pastry, spread with crème fraîche (don’t add too much, or the snails will be too dry). Then top with the salmon slices. Roll up the pastry and cut into finger-thick slices. Preheat the oven and bake the snails at 175°C until golden brown.
