Sweet biscuit sausage

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g biscuits (butter biscuits)
  • ¾ can/n condensed milk, sweetened
  • 150 g butter
  • 75 g walnuts, chopped
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, crumble the biscuits with your hands. It’s important to leave some pieces relatively large. Then pour together the other ingredients and mix the entire mixture by hand until it forms a homogenous mixture (except for the larger biscuit pieces). Finally, arrange the entire mixture lengthwise on aluminum foil or plastic wrap and slowly roll it into a sausage shape using the foil. Then place the whole thing in the refrigerator until the mixture is somewhat firm again. This makes it easy to cut off pieces of the sausage. The sausage will keep in the refrigerator for a few days, but can also be frozen for longer storage.
