Snow White’s Snooze Button – Apple Tart

The perfect snow white’s snooze button – apple tart recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Puff pastry roll
  • 2 Pc. Apple boskop
  • 50 g Marzipan paste
  • 4 tbsp Chopped almonds
  • 4 cl Rum
  • 20 Pc. Blueberries
  • 3 Pc. Egg

Preparation per serving:

  1. Cut out a round slice of puff pastry and place another ring of puff pastry on top. Connect the layers with egg.
  2. In the middle, kneaded marzipan mixture, mixed with rum and spread out incorporated almonds.
  3. Then cut the apples into slices and place on top. Place 4 blueberries in the middle.
  4. Put a small flake of butter on the blueberries and bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes. Tip: Tastes particularly good with vanilla sauce or ice cream.
