Snow White’s Snooze Button – Apple Tart

- 2 Pc. Puff pastry roll
- 2 Pc. Apple boskop
- 50 g Marzipan paste
- 4 tbsp Chopped almonds
- 4 cl Rum
- 20 Pc. Blueberries
- 3 Pc. Egg
Preparation per serving:
- Cut out a round slice of puff pastry and place another ring of puff pastry on top. Connect the layers with egg.
- In the middle, kneaded marzipan mixture, mixed with rum and spread out incorporated almonds.
- Then cut the apples into slices and place on top. Place 4 blueberries in the middle.
- Put a small flake of butter on the blueberries and bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes. Tip: Tastes particularly good with vanilla sauce or ice cream.
