Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 3 bags of gingerbread (white gingerbread)
  • 2 bags of licorice snails
  • 1 package of gingerbread (dominoes)
  • 2 packs of sweets (Smartis mini)
  • 1 egg white
  • ½ pack of powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Beat the egg whites until stiff and mix in the powdered sugar. Then spread a little icing on each of four gingerbread cookies. Place a wooden stick (from a pharmacy) between the gingerbread cookies and press them together gently. Then attach the Smarties for the face and buttons with the icing, too. Then put a dollop of icing on the licorice twist and attach it to the top of the head, letting it dry slightly. Finally, attach the dominoes for the hat with the icing, and the snowman is finished.
