Ingredients
 

for the dressing:

  • 1 Pc. Carrot
  • 1 Handful Cut red cabbage into fine strips
  • 0,5 bunch Coriander
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • 200 g Tofu
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 1 tbsp Sesame
  • 2 tbsp Chopped, salted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp Tamari soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • Possibly some lime juice
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup
  • Chilli flakes at will

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in boiling water according to the instructions on the packet. Then drain. Cut the carrot into fine strips with the vegetable peeler and mix with the cooked noodles with the red cabbage and chopped coriander. Cut the tofu into cubes and fry in the heated oil.
  • Mix all ingredients together for the dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir. Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds, spring onion rolls, chopped peanuts and tofu.
