Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bottle of schnapps (corn)
  • 1 liter orange juice
  • 1 liter passion fruit juice
  • 200 g sugar, possibly less
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 400 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cocktail or shot, with alcohol, delicious!

Take a large bowl and mix everything except the cream until the sugar has dissolved. Whip the cream with a mixer. It should be creamy, but not too creamy! Now stir in the cream and use a funnel to fill into 5 prepared bottles. Please keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Important: Shake well before serving! Tastes just like Solero ice cream!
