- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp water

delicious summer dish
Skin the sausage, slice it, slice the bread dumplings and gherkin, and place everything in a bowl. Peel the onion, slice it into rings, and scatter it over the sausage dumplings. Make a marinade from the remaining ingredients and spread it in the bowl over the sausage dumpling salad. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. It’s done.
