Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bottle of vodka or grain alcohol
  • 2 bottles of passion fruit juice
  • 5 cups of cream
  • 300 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Dissolve the sugar and vanilla sugar in the vodka or grain alcohol, preferably in a large bowl. Stir vigorously with a whisk every 5-10 minutes; the sugar will dissolve completely in one to two hours. Then add the passion fruit juice and cream, and you’re done. The schnapps is ready to drink immediately.
