Grape – Pear – Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ liter grape juice (freshly squeezed from blue or light grapes)
  • 500 g pear(s) (peeled, quartered, weighed)
  • 1 lemon(s) (untreated), the juice and a piece of peel
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the pear pieces thoroughly, mix with the grape juice, lemon juice and zest, and gelling sugar, bring to a boil, and simmer for 3 minutes while stirring. Pour into jars.
