Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 140 g butter
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Cream the butter until fluffy, then gradually stir in the egg yolks, salt, and flour. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour into a well-greased loaf pan and bake at 175°C for about 45 minutes. Once cooled, cut into small diamond shapes. Serve with meat broth.
