Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 6 eggs, separated
- 250 g ground almonds
- 250 g chocolate, grated
- 100 g flour
- 1 pack of cake icing (chocolate glaze)

Cream together butter, sugar, egg yolks, almonds, grated chocolate, and flour until fluffy. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold in. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Let cool and then frost with chocolate glaze.
