Soup Kitchen: Kohlrabi and Garlic Soup

- 400 g Kohlrabi fresh
- 2 size Floury potatoes
- 3 Shallots
- 100 g Butter
- 2 Solo garlic
- 800 ml Vegetable broth
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Salt
- White milled pepper
- 4 tsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- Peel the kohlrabi and potatoes and cut into pieces. Peel and chop shallots. Peel and press the garlic
- Heat the butter in a saucepan, sauté the garlic, add onions, kohlrabi and potatoes and sauté for about 5 minutes. Top up with vegetable stock and simmer for 25 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Puree with the blender. Season well with nutmeg, salt and pepper
- Place on a plate or in a soup bowl, put 1 dollop of crème fraîche in the middle and serve
