Ingredients
 

  • 2 Yellow Zucchini fresh
  • 0,5 L Vegetable broth
  • 1 cups Alpro soy
  • Salt pepper
  • Nutmeg from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the zucchinis.
  • Then cut into slices on a slicer and bring to a boil in the vegetable stock.
  • Puree with a mixer, stir in ½ cup of Alpro Soya (I didn't need everything). Now only season with salt, pepper from the mill and freshly grated nutmeg and the soup is ready.
