Ingredients
 

  • 2 packet Rhenish cutting beans
  • 4 Onions
  • 1 kilogram Kassel roast salmon
  • Possibly salt, pepper, sugar

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onions, cut in half and cut lengthways into slices. Cut the smoked pork into slices.
  • Put the cutting beans in a large saucepan, mix in the onion pieces and place the slices of smoked ham on top.
  • Cover everything lightly with water and simmer over medium heat until the meat is cooked through. If you want, you can add salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
  • There was mashed potatoes with it
