Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 150 g sugar, brown
- 100 g sugar, white
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 150 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g sour cherries, dried

Makes about 25 crispy fruity cookies
Cream the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, continuing to beat. Combine the flour, oats, cardamom, and baking powder and mix in with a dough hook. Finely chop the cherries and mix in. Preheat the oven to 160°C (convection oven). Drop the dough into teaspoon-sized portions onto baking paper, leaving space between each cookie. Bake for about 12 minutes, let cool for about 10 minutes, and then remove from the baking sheet. You can also use raisins or other dried fruit.
