Sour Cherry with Golden Kiwi Jam

The perfect sour cherry with golden kiwi jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1,5 g Sour cherry, prepared
  • 500 g Golden kiwi, approx. 6 pieces
  • 2 packet Preserving sugar 2: 1
  1. Wash the cherries well and remove the stones, then weighed 1,500 g. Peel the golden kiwi and cut into slices.
  2. Now put the fruit in a sufficiently large saucepan and let it simmer. Then briefly chop up the fruit with the magic wand, there may still be pieces left over. Then add the preserving sugar.
  3. In the meantime, prepare the glasses.
  4. Let the fruit mass with the sugar boil again well over a low heat so that the sugar dissolves completely. Now take a gel sample. If the jelly test is OK, pour the jam into the jars and put them in a cool place.
