Ingredients
 

  • 1,5 g Sour cherry, prepared
  • 500 g Golden kiwi, approx. 6 pieces
  • 2 packet Preserving sugar 2: 1

Instructions
 

  • Wash the cherries well and remove the stones, then weighed 1,500 g. Peel the golden kiwi and cut into slices.
  • Now put the fruit in a sufficiently large saucepan and let it simmer. Then briefly chop up the fruit with the magic wand, there may still be pieces left over. Then add the preserving sugar.
  • In the meantime, prepare the glasses.
  • Let the fruit mass with the sugar boil again well over a low heat so that the sugar dissolves completely. Now take a gel sample. If the jelly test is OK, pour the jam into the jars and put them in a cool place.
