Sour cream and cherry ice cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sweet cherries
  • ½ vanilla pod(s)
  • 125 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and pit the cherries. Split the vanilla pod open on one side and scrape out the seeds. Place the cherries in a bowl with the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla seeds. Purée with a hand blender. Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze in the freezer.
