Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g sour cream
- 250 g quark (20%)
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 1 can pineapple chunks (430 g)
- 2 tbsp pineapple juice
- 1 orange(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel the orange and cut into pieces. Drain the can of pineapple through a sieve, reserving some of the juice. Blend the quark, sour cream, honey, lemon juice, and a little pineapple juice with a hand mixer until creamy. Then fold in the orange segments and pineapple cubes. Pour into dessert glasses, chill for a while, and serve.
