Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large baguette(s)
- 100 g ham, cooked
- 100 g cheese (Emmental)
- ½ small onion(s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Quickly prepared, very tasty
Slice the baguette. Finely dice the cooked ham and onion, grate the Emmental cheese, and mix everything with the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on the bread slices. Line a baking sheet with baking paper, place the bread slices on top, and bake at 180°C (preheated) for 6 minutes.
