Ingredients for 16 servings:
- 75 g butter
- 75 g sugar
- 150 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ liter of milk
- 200 g sugar
- 2 bags of pudding powder, vanilla
- 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
- 800 g sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine the base ingredients and pour into a springform pan, slightly curling up the edges. For the topping, bring the milk, sugar, and custard powder to a boil and mix with the sour cream and mandarin oranges. Pour the mixture onto the raw dough and bake at 175°C for about 80 minutes. Cool in the oven and refrigerate overnight.
