Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g quark
- 1 egg(s)
- 500 g flour
- 125 g sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 8 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp milk
- 600 g sour cream or creme fraiche
- 100 g sweet cream
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
In a bowl, knead the quark with egg, flour, sugar, baking powder, oil, and milk into a dough. Grease a baking sheet and spread the dough out to a thickness of 1/2 cm. In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the cream, vanilla sugar, and sugar (2 tbsp) until smooth. Spread half of the mixture evenly over the dough, then bake the sour cream cake for about 30 minutes at 160°C until the surface is golden brown. Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, and spread the remaining sour cream cream on top. Serve cold.
