Sour cream dessert with tangerines

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can/n tangerine(s) (drained weight 175 g)
  • 100 g cream
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bag of cream stiffener
  • 120 g sour cream
  • 80 g yogurt
  • n. B. Cane sugar for sprinkling on top

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour the mandarins into a sieve and let them drain. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stabilizer using a mixer until stiff peaks form. Combine the sour cream and yogurt in a bowl and gently fold in the whipped cream. Then add the mandarins. Season the dessert to taste and pour into glasses. If the cream isn’t sweet enough, you can sprinkle brown sugar on top as a topping.
