Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Basic recipe for one baking tray

Using a dough hook, combine all ingredients to form a dough. This basic recipe can be topped with any fruit of your choice, or even with crumbles. Bake at 180-200°C for approximately 30-40 minutes. This depends on the type of topping and the oven. It tastes like yeast dough, but is quicker to prepare.
