Sour cream rolls

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 rolls for baking
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • ½ bunch chives
  • Fondor
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dice the ham and mix with the remaining ingredients (except the rolls). Cut the rolls in half and spread the sour cream on top. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for approximately 20-30 minutes at 180°C on the middle rack.
