Sour cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Grill sauce

Finely chop the chives (if you don’t have chives, you can also use the green parts of spring onions). Place the finely chopped chives in a bowl, mix with the sour cream, and season with salt, pepper, Maggi sauce, and plenty of paprika. Refrigerate the sauce until ready to serve. It goes perfectly with grilled or roasted meat, but is also delicious with bread or potatoes.
