Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp Vegeta
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 6 minutes

Crack the eggs into a medium-sized pan and cook like scrambled eggs. Stir in the cup of sour cream and 1-2 teaspoons of Vegeta and pepper. You can, of course, use less Vegeta. Season with salt, if desired. Serve with bread rolls, which you can also use as cutlery.
