Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar, bourbon
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

tastes good and is also suitable as a cake filling

Pour 400 ml of milk into a saucepan and heat. Meanwhile, mix together the remaining ingredients, starting with the sugar and cornstarch. When the milk boils in the pan, add everything, stirring constantly to prevent it from burning. Bring to a boil briefly, and you’re done. Delicious on its own or as a filling for a crumb cake.
