Cocoa, with a twist!

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 100 ml cream, whipped
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder, for decoration
  • 1 tbsp chocolate sprinkles and possibly 1 strawberry

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring the milk to a boil. Meanwhile, whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. When the milk is hot, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and continue to simmer gently for 1 minute. Then pour the cocoa powder into a mug, add the cream, and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles and 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder. You can also garnish with a strawberry! It tastes fruity and chocolatey!
