Soured milk cream with berries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ liter juice (sour cherry nectar)
  • 1 pack dessert sauce
  • 60 g sugar
  • 300 g berries, frozen mixed
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 500 g curdled milk, 3.5% fat
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • Pistachios, chopped

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk 5 tablespoons of cherry juice with the sauce mix until smooth. Bring the remaining juice and 30g of sugar to a boil. Stir in the sauce mix and simmer for another minute. Stir in the berries, transfer to a bowl, and let cool. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Combine the sour milk, 2 packets of vanilla sugar, and the remaining sugar. Fold in the cream. Layer the sour milk, cream, and fruit compote in tall glasses and mix until marbled. Sprinkle the dessert with chopped pistachios and refrigerate until ready to serve.
