Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 120 g margarine
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • lemon juice
  • 2 packs of sweets (Haribo Sweet Sea) for topping

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 27 minutes

enough for about 40 children’s biscuits

Combine the flour and sugar. Crumble the yeast over the dough and add a pinch of salt. Mix everything together. Knead in the eggs and milk, then stir in the margarine. Let the dough rest for about 20 minutes, then roll it out and cut out circles. Place the circles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 7 minutes. Once cooled, brush with a mixture of powdered sugar and lemon juice and place a Sweet Sea creature on each cookie. This makes about 40 children’s cookies.
