Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 500 g kiwi(s), peeled
  • 500 g pear(s)
  • 500 g banana(s), peeled
  • 1 kg gelling sugar (2:1)
  • 1 shot of rum
  • 1 handful of desiccated coconut
  • some bitter almond flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

very tasty jam

Peel the fruit, rinse if necessary, and cut into small pieces. You can puree the banana if you like. Then mix all the fruit with the sugar, desiccated coconut, and bitter almond oil. Bring everything to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then add the rum (or coconut liqueur or something similar) and stir again. Immediately pour into hot twist-off jars and turn upside down for about 5 minutes.
