Southern Fried Chicken Wings with Dip
The perfect southern fried chicken wings with dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Chicken wings:
- 12 Pc. Chicken wings
- 3 Cup Wheat flour
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 3 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Hot pepper
- 1 tbsp Ground garlic
- 2 Pc. Large freezer bag
- 1 liter Frying oil
Honey mustard Dip:
- 1,5 Cup Dijon mustard
- 0,5 Cup Creme fraiche Cheese
- 0,5 Cup Honey
- 1,5 tbsp Worcester sauce
Chicken wings:
- First wash the chicken wings under running water and pat dry. Separate the wings in two.
- Mix 2 cups of flour and the spices together in a freezer bag. Put 1 cup of flour in the second freezer bag. Whisk two eggs in a large bowl.
- Now place the chicken wings in the bag with the flour. Hold the top of the bag together and shake the contents until the chicken wings are covered with flour. Then place the floured wings first in the beaten eggs and then in the second bag with the flour and spice mixture. Close the bag again and shake it.
- Heat a pan with oil on the stove. Carefully place the chicken wings in the hot oil and deep-fry evenly until golden brown. Then drain on a paper towel.
Honey mustard Dip:
- Simply mix all the ingredients together and fill them into portion bowls. Store in the refrigerator until consumption.
