- 75 g soy, shredded
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 3 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 3 can/n tomatoes, chunky
- Italian spice mix (Arrabiata mix)

Bolognese without meat
Soak the soy chunks in the hot vegetable broth, season generously with salt and pepper, and mix with the 3 crushed garlic cloves. Sauté the onion, add the soy chunks, pour in the tomatoes, and season with herbs. Add a pinch of sugar, if desired. Simmer for about 1 hour.
