Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g spiral noodles (spelt curls)
- 75 ml vegetable stock
- 25 g soy shreds, fine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Turmeric powder
- Paprika powder
- chili powder
- 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
- 2 tbsp soy cream (soy cream cuisine)
- basil
- oregano
- some salt and pepper
- 4 small tomatoes for decoration
- Fresh basil leaves for decoration

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
vegan
First, bring the soy shreds to a boil in the vegetable stock and let them swell for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, bring lightly salted water to a boil for the spelt curls. Drain the soy shreds. Pour the oil into a small saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add the soy shreds, fry briefly, and then season with turmeric, paprika, and chili. Stir in the tomato paste and sauté briefly. Deglaze the sauce with the passata, stir in the Soy Cream Cuisine, and season with oregano and basil. Add the spelt curls to the boiling water and cook. Heat the sauce over low heat and season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta, transfer to a plate, and pour the sauce over it. Garnish the dish with fresh tomatoes and fresh basil.
