Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative), natural
  • 50 g whipped cream, organic
  • 50 g mascarpone
  • 15 g sweetener (Xucker)
  • 30 g protein powder, flavor as desired
  • 5 g chocolate chips (LCW)
  • 5 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 5 g chocolate sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

Low-carb

Line a sieve with kitchen paper and place it in a container to collect the liquid. Pour in the soy yogurt and let it drain for 12 hours. Then, transfer the resulting soy curd to a mixing bowl and combine it with the cream, mascarpone, Xucker, and egg white powder using a hand mixer or a food processor. Garnish with the toppings.
