- 500 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative), natural
- 50 g whipped cream, organic
- 50 g mascarpone
- 15 g sweetener (Xucker)
- 30 g protein powder, flavor as desired
- 5 g chocolate chips (LCW)
- 5 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 5 g chocolate sauce

Low-carb
Line a sieve with kitchen paper and place it in a container to collect the liquid. Pour in the soy yogurt and let it drain for 12 hours. Then, transfer the resulting soy curd to a mixing bowl and combine it with the cream, mascarpone, Xucker, and egg white powder using a hand mixer or a food processor. Garnish with the toppings.
