Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
- 2 tbsp mixed fruits (frozen, e.g. wild berries, mixed berries)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (e.g. linseed oil)
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 pinches of cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Very healthy – a replacement for other expensive shakes and protein drinks.
Combine all ingredients and place in a blender or place in a large bowl and blend with a food processor. Adjust the cinnamon and honey to taste. Pour into a glass and serve. This shake contains the most important nutritional elements and can therefore be consumed as a meal replacement during a diet. Tip: You can use other fresh fruits instead of berries, but peel and dice them.
