Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 300 g spaetzle flour
- 125 ml water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of turmeric
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Recipe is enough for one side dish
Mix all ingredients and beat the batter well until it bubbles. Pour it through a spaetzle grater into boiling salted water. Boil the spaetzle in an uncovered pot 2-3 times until they float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon and rinse with cold water. Repeat until all the batter is used up. Use as desired.
