Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of pasta (spaghetti)
- 4 bell peppers, pickled
- 200 g quark (herb-onion-garlic flavor)
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes
Cook spaghetti al dente. Sauté the onion in oil, add the pickled, sliced bell peppers, then mix in the herb curd and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the spaghetti.
