Spaghetti all Arrabiata

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 2 large onions
  • 150 g ham (nut ham)
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 500g spaghetti
  • some olive oil
  • some oil (sunflower oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Tomato sauce with nut ham

Peel the onions, wash the tomatoes (skin if necessary), and remove the stems. Roughly dice them along with the ham. Then cut the ham into strips. Sauté the onions in a little sunflower and olive oil until translucent, then add the tomatoes. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes (depending on taste). Then stir in the ham strips and let them cook. Season everything with salt and plenty of cayenne pepper (I like to stir in a good dash of olive oil at the end). Prepare the spaghetti according to the package instructions and serve with the tomato sauce.
