Spaghetti Alla Carbonara Like in South Tyrol

- 400 g Spaghetti
- 1125 g Bacon cubes
- 4 Egg yolk
- 200 ml Cream
- 60 g Freshly grated Parmesan
- 20 g Butter
- Salt and pepper from the mill
