Spaghetti Amalfi

The perfect spaghetti amalfi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Spaghetti for 4 people
  • 100 g Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bunch Chopped basil
  • 1 untreated Lemon
  • Italian herbs, salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce
  • 1 powerful shot Cream
  • 2 Toes Garlic, chopped
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water al dente.
  1. In a bowl, chop the basil, grate the lemon peel and add the Parmesan, mix everything.
  1. In a large pan in a little oil, fry the cloves of garlic with about 1 tablespoon of sugar. Then add the noodles and fry them, squeeze the lemon over them, add a huge dash of cream, season everything with Italian herbs, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Now add the lemon peel and cheese mixture, stir everything briefly and toss, then serve hot. A salad with vinegar and oil marinade goes well with it.
