Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • 500 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 chili pepper(s) (Habanero pepper)
  • salt and pepper
  • herbs, Italian
  • n. B. Cheese, grated

when things have to go quickly

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Drain the cooked pasta and set aside. Roughly dice the onions and finely dice the garlic. Finely chop the chili. In a hot pan, fry the onions, garlic and tomato paste until golden brown, then add the chili and fry briefly. Deglaze with the passata and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and season with salt, pepper and Italian herbs. Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well. I recommend adding grated cheese to taste, such as Edam, mozzarella or Parmesan.
