Spaghetti Arrabiata

The perfect spaghetti arrabiata recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 400 g Canned tomatoes chopped
  • 150 ml Cream
  • 100 g [Geräucherter Schinken]
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 2 Hot chili peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Fresh basil
  • Italian herbs
  • Olive oil
  1. 2. Dice the bacon, chop the onions, garlic and chilli pepper into small pieces; Fry everything together in olive oil; also tastes very good as a vegeatic dish without bacon;)
  2. 3. Add tomatoes and cream
  3. 4. Season with sugar, basil, Italian herbs, salt and pepper, simmer for 20 minutes
  4. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet
  5. Serve the sauce with the spaghetti and, depending on your taste, sprinkle with grated cheese or Parmesan
