Spaghetti Arrabiata
The perfect spaghetti arrabiata recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Spaghetti
- 400 g Canned tomatoes chopped
- 150 ml Cream
- 100 g [Geräucherter Schinken]
- 100 ml Cream
- 2 Hot chili peppers
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Fresh basil
- Italian herbs
- Olive oil
- 2. Dice the bacon, chop the onions, garlic and chilli pepper into small pieces; Fry everything together in olive oil; also tastes very good as a vegeatic dish without bacon;)
- 3. Add tomatoes and cream
- 4. Season with sugar, basil, Italian herbs, salt and pepper, simmer for 20 minutes
- 1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet
- Serve the sauce with the spaghetti and, depending on your taste, sprinkle with grated cheese or Parmesan
