Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 burger bun
  • 1 burger patty, fresh
  • 3 slices of bacon
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 slice(s) Gorgonzola , from the piece
  • 2 slice(s) tomato(s)
  • some guacamole
  • Sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Toast the burger bun on both sides in a toaster on level 3, then open it and spread a thick layer of guacamole on the bottom. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy and drain on a kitchen towel. Slice the onion into rings, fry in the bacon fat, and sprinkle with sugar. Then place the onion rings on the guacamole. Fry the burger patty and place it on the burger bun, followed by two thick slices of Gorgonzola, the bacon, and the two slices of tomato. Season the burger with salt and pepper.
